Payments are accepted by cash, cheques, credit or debit card & BACS - Any deposit of £500 or over will be corrected by credit card

Unless otherwise agreed, English law, with English Courts having exclusive jurisdiction in relation to any claim, dispute or difference concerning the service and any matter arising from it. 

DISPUTE PROCEDURE 

We always endeavour to provide the best service and products for our customers. However, on rare occasions, we recognise that there may be times where our customers may not be completely satisfied.
To ensure we are able to put things rights as soon as we can, please read our complaints procedure below and we will respond promptly to ensure complete satisfaction.
As soon as possible after the completion of the works, please inspect the work to ensure everything has been carried out to our usual high standards.
In the unlikely event there is anything you are not completely satisfied with, please contact us as soon as you can in order that we can rectify any problems as soon as possible. Either call, write or email us on the details at the top of this document.
We aim to respond within 3 days of receiving your complaint and where possible, will provide you with a date to remedy any issues raised.
Where we cannot resolve any complaints using our own complaints procedure, as a Which? Trusted trader we use Dispute Resolution Ombudsman for dispute resolution. TERMS & CONDITIONS

Orders are accepted subject to the following conditions:- 

1. The contract price quoted is conditional upon acceptance, in writing, within twelve weeks of the date of estimate and includes only for the works specified.
2. The work will be carried out as soon as possible but we cannot accept responsibility for any delay which may be caused by inclement weather, non-availability of materials, or other circumstances beyond our control. 
3. We reserve the right to refuse to accept cancellation of an order where we have placed specific order for materials or services provided. 
4. When making any alterations to existing heating or domestic plumbing we can only garauntee the work and materials which we supply and fit. Any failure to existing pipe work, valves, radiators, washers etc. are not covered but we will be pleased to quote for any necessary rectification
5. Subject to site survey

TERMS OF PAYMENT

Fifty per-cent Credit or Debit card deposit required with the balance of payment to be made on completion of work. 
Should payment be withheld beyond this time, either all or in part, interest at a rate of 2% above the bank base rate per calendar month will be added to all outstanding amounts.
