"Good experience overall. Very friendly and helpful staff at the CH Westend office. Our engineer was able to replace a problematic radiator valve although, judging by the sounds coming from our bathroom, it wasn't the easiest job. The engineer wasn't able to repair our boiler, although CH Westend did offer a range of suggestions and options after speaking with Vaillant, from replacement of parts, to a new boiler. It is frustrating that faults can't be more accurately identified and fixed instead of embarking on costly journey of problem-solving by process of elimination. Communication when dealing with a problem could have been better as this was very slow compared to the beginning of the job thus making it more difficult to resolve."
Only disappointment was the plastering as this was not up to the standard of the rest of the work. this was, however, resolved by the company so we were very pleased overall. 
All members of the team who came to work at our house were polite, hard working and knew what they were doing. It was very useful hiring a big company as when there was a small leak a plumber could come in and sort this to allow the job to remain on time.

"I was pleased with the quick response and on-going communication from Rebecca, soon after I posted the job on this website.
A plumber called Jason, was sent within a day or two to come and assess the repair/installation that was needed. 
Jason identified a potentially fatal hazard (on that first visit) and ensured that he 'made safe' the leaking appliance, so that nobody in my office would get harmed. Westend plumbers, even sent a 2nd plumber to be 100% certain that they had sealed off any potential danger to me and my colleagues.We were offered a very reasonable quote and the plumber was booked to return and carry out the works the very next day. 
Jason was very efficient when installing our new water-heater and also very professional in his manner, ensuring that he caused as little disruption as possible to our office environment.

"If you require a professional job, you need to hire CH Westend! I originally asked for a bathroom refurbish and shower pump. Once on the job I asked if there was anyway that I could remove the need for the shower pump (as they are so noisy) David gave me an additional quote to either connect me to the mains or renew the boiler to a combi boiler as mine was an old style one with water tank etc, plus it was 15 years old. I accepted the quote for the new combi boiler. We had a lovely guy called Jason who done our refurbish and new boiler. The standard of work was excellent and he also moved my toilet back to the wall to save me having to buy an additional unit (this is something that I was told could not be done by previous builders) I am so pleased with both the refurb and the boiler and the knowledge/experience they have. "Geoff Collins came to try to detect the source of knocking in pipes in a shower room of flat in a mansion block . First he came to remove paneling to get to pipes as caretaker told me to do this. He did this and was always polite, obliging and helpful. We could not find the source of the noise which then seemed to come from the WC cistern - so the ball valve was remove for a second job - which was well done. Unfortunately, could still not find where noise came from which continued however I would recommend Geoff. I since had a plumber registered with the Chartered Institute of Plumbing and Central Heating and he tried to locate the noise for at least an hour but could not.
